ConnectionFlow

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

TEM IP LLC (“TEM IP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ConnectionFlow™, including ConnectionFlow Travel Edition. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used and handled when you use ConnectionFlow.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use ConnectionFlow, we may process:

Account information. Information such as your name, email address, login information and other information associated with your account.

User-entered contact information. Information you choose to enter about contacts or prospects, which may include names, contact information, notes, conversation history, follow-up information, relationship information and opportunity-related information.

Contact information received through integrations. If you choose to connect an approved third-party service, such as Make or Zapier, to receive contacts, that service may send contact information into your account. See Section 12.

User content. Notes, activities, responses, preferences, follow-up dates and other information you enter into the Service.

Technical and usage information. Certain device, browser, log, security and usage information may be processed as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service.

AI interactions. When you use AI-assisted features, information you submit to those features and resulting responses may be processed to provide the requested functionality.

Discovery Page analytics and visitor activity. When you visit a Discovery Page, we record how the page is used, such as sections viewed, buttons selected, forms submitted, how much of a ConnectionFlow-hosted video is watched, and the general source of the visit (for example, Facebook or a direct link). If you arrived through a personalized link that an Ambassador created for a specific contact, your visit and activity on the page may be associated with that contact’s record so the Ambassador can follow up with you; visits through a general link remain anonymous and are not connected to any individual. To do this, the page saves a random visitor identifier in your browser’s local storage, and for security and spam prevention we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address rather than the address itself. This information is stored by ConnectionFlow and made available only to the Ambassador whose Discovery Page you visited. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Some videos on Discovery Pages are played through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies when you play them.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide and operate ConnectionFlow;
  • maintain user accounts;
  • organize and display user-entered information;
  • provide requested AI-assisted functionality;
  • maintain security and prevent misuse;
  • troubleshoot technical problems;
  • improve reliability and user experience;
  • communicate about the Service; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Contact Information Entered by Users

ConnectionFlow users may add information concerning third parties, either by entering it directly or through a third-party service they choose to connect. The user is responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate lawful basis to collect and use that information, and for obtaining any consent that applicable law requires. ConnectionFlow does not independently verify the lawful basis or consent for each person whose information is added.

TEM IP LLC provides the technology used to organize and process information submitted by users.

4. AI and Service Providers

ConnectionFlow may use third-party technology and AI service providers to provide portions of the Service.

Information necessary to provide requested functionality may be processed by those providers on our behalf or according to their applicable service terms.

Users should avoid entering highly sensitive information into AI-assisted features unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, host, secure, support or provide ConnectionFlow functionality.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, to address security or fraud, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and purpose for which it is processed.

For receiving integrations, ConnectionFlow keeps a short delivery record so that the same delivery is not processed twice. Each record contains a delivery reference and its outcome, not the contact's name, email address or phone number. Delivery records expire for duplicate-protection purposes after 30 days and are then removed by our routine maintenance process, so removal may occur shortly after that date. Contacts added through an integration are kept in your account like any other contact.

7. Account and Data Deletion Requests

ConnectionFlow does not currently provide a self-service account deletion feature.

Users may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting: support@connectionflow.co

We may need to verify the identity of the requester before processing a request.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

ConnectionFlow is intended only for individuals age 18 and older.

We do not knowingly offer ConnectionFlow accounts to children under 18.

10. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information.

These may include rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information.

Requests may be sent to: support@connectionflow.co

We may verify your identity before fulfilling applicable requests.

11. Third-Party Services

ConnectionFlow may contain integrations or links involving third-party services.

Their independent privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Optional Third-Party Integrations

ConnectionFlow allows eligible Ambassadors to optionally connect their accounts to third-party services, including automation platforms such as Zapier and Make.

When an Ambassador activates an integration, ConnectionFlow may transmit selected events and associated contact information to the connected service. Depending on the event, this information may include a contact's name, email address, phone number, pipeline stage, and follow-up date. Private contact notes are not included.

Integrations are disabled by default and require the Ambassador to authorize the connection. Ambassadors can pause or disconnect their integrations at any time.

Information already transmitted to a third-party service is subject to that service's applicable privacy policy, terms, and retention practices. Disconnecting an integration prevents future transmissions but does not automatically delete information previously received by the third party.

Receiving contacts from connected services. Eligible Ambassadors may also choose to let a connected service, such as Make or Zapier, send new contacts into their own ConnectionFlow account. Receiving is separate from sending, is disabled by default, and must be set up and turned on by the Ambassador.

Each receiving connection belongs to one account and uses its own secret key. Information received through a connection is added only to the account that owns it. The information accepted is limited to a contact's first and last name, email address, phone number, contact source, and travel or business interest. Other information is refused.

ConnectionFlow checks each incoming contact against the Ambassador's existing contacts by email address and phone number. If a match is found, no new contact is created and the existing contact is not changed. New contacts are not placed into the Pipeline, and no follow-up reminders are created automatically.

The Ambassador is responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis to collect each person's information and send it into ConnectionFlow, and for obtaining any consent that applicable privacy or marketing laws require. ConnectionFlow does not independently verify the lawful basis or consent for each submitted contact.

Integration activity records show outcomes, such as whether a contact was added or matched an existing contact, and do not include the contact's name, email address or phone number. Secret keys are shown to the Ambassador only once, when created, and are then stored only as a non-reversible hash. We use reasonable measures intended to protect integration credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Ambassadors can pause a receiving connection, replace or revoke its key, or disconnect it at any time. Disconnecting stops new deliveries through that connection but does not automatically delete contacts that were previously added; those contacts remain in the Ambassador's account unless the Ambassador removes them.

The connected service handles information under its own privacy policy and terms.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ConnectionFlow and its features evolve.

The current version will display its effective date.
